Program Directors:
Michael Liess
Coach Liess is on his 5th year with PYW. Coach currently has one son still wrestling in PYW and another son at the varsity level.
Coach Liess is an alumni of Penfield High School and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) were he competed in both collegiate Wrestling & Lacrosse.
Victor Tompkins
Coach Vic has been involved with the PYW for going on 4 years. He currently has three kids in the program. He wrestled at Irondequoit high school. He is a graduate of Ohio Technical College (OTC).
